We invite you to come and see the high quality of our villas for yourself. Join us on our FREE Inspection Tour, to see our developments, you will only need a 1 or 2 day trip, Click Here to go to our reservation form.

Visit our past and current development sites and even select your plot if you wish, we will also be pleased to show you some of the many nice beaches, and places to visit (time permitting). To see an existing Midas development you will need to go to Bodrum. This is a 4 hour car journey from the Peninsula Village location and therefore potentially poses logistical challenges if you wish to see both. Please discuss this with Midas when you are planning your trip, you will need at least 3 days in Turkey to see both Sunset and Peninsula. The Antalya region of Turkey is not driveable from Izmir or even from Bodrum. It is possible to see Royal Golf, Lilian Heights and Sapphire Homes in the same full day.

Alternatively, book with your travel agent, a 7 - 14 package holiday of your choice, and let us show you all our Villas & Apartments during your stay. In this case we will not reserve accommodation as it will be included in your package, but we will refund up to a maximum of 1% of the purchase price of any Villa or Apartment you buy from us. In either case we will collect you from your hotel at 09:30am on the agreed day.

Then be our guests to sample really good food at unbelievably low prices, not that price matters because as we say, you will be our guest.

There is no cost for the Inspection Tour. We will reserve accommodation on your behalf, all you have to do is get to the nearest International Airport, flights are normally £150-250 subject to time of year, we are pleased to recommend a very good Travel Agent if it helps you, we have found that they go that extra mile to find the best deal. Of course when you buy we will refund the air fare and hotel accommodation (max. 2 persons & room only) up to 1% of the purchase price and the same if you come on a charter package.

We look forward to meeting you at the airport (9am - 9pm flight arrivals only) if you are coming on our exclusive Inspection Trip, and then at your hotel the next day, or we will meet you at your hotel on a date of your choice if you are combining our Inspection Tour with a charter flight break, either way you are assured of fine weather and a really nice time.

For certain destinations you should take a taxi from the airport to the hotel we will book for you. This will be confirmed when you make your booking.
