We provide you with peace of mind with our 2 year fixed price contract, all owners are obliged to enter into this contract to ensure the developments communal areas and services are maintained to the highest standard for everyones enjoyment. All staff members will wear uniforms and be friendly and helpful.
Included in the below charges are the following:-

All year maintenance of all communal gardens.
All year provision of FREE Air Conditioned Shuttle Bus Service.
Pool Side Attendant (summer season only).
There will be common satellite dish antenna.
There will be 24hr manned security.
The site shall be a 'gated development' and all vehicle access will be via a gated entrance.
