All Villas and Apartments feature large balconies and terraces, fully fitted kitchens designed to incorporate integrated oven and hob, plus luxury fully tiled bathrooms in the popular wet room design. All Apartments and Villas have built-in wardrobes, (many have walk-in wardrobes) and en-suite bathrooms, all are fitted with full air conditioning and central heating. All villas are landscaped with grass. All communal areas are grassed and planted with mature trees and flowering shrubs and maintained to the highest standards.

A Villa or Apartment ordered today will be delivered during April 2009.

Our prices include Water & Electric connection charges, but not the statutory 3% Land Transfer Tax.

We provide a 2 year fixed price general maintenance contract which covers all upkeep of all communal areas and leisure facilities. In total 56 staff will ensure the Village runs smoothly and is maintained to the highest standards, providing 24 hr security for your complete peace of mind, at reception you can hop on one of our fleet of air conditioned 16 and 30 seater FREE shuttle buses to take you to all the local popular destinations.

Included in the below charges are the following:-

  • All year maintenance and cleaning of communal swimming pools.
  • All year maintenance of all communal gardens.
  • All year provision of FREE Air Conditioned Shuttle Bus Service.
  • All year maintenance and replacement where necessary of all leisure facilities and equipment.
  • Pool Side Attendants (summer season only).

Peninsula Village already has the benefit of outline planning permission and detailed planning has already been agreed with the Mayor of Mordogan. We only wait on the statutory period before the plans can be formally passed. All buyers'' payments will be held with our solicitors until planning is formalised.

To add to the overall enjoyment of Peninsula Village we have decided to operate all Restaurants and Bars on a policy of ensuring "LOW PRICES" and HIGH QUALITY"

Our team of highly skilled Chef''s and their assistants will prepare the very best cuisine for your enjoyment. All staff will be fully skilled in their relevant style of cooking, Chefs will be of the country of food origin.

In addition to our Discount Purchase Scheme you can also opt to pay our normal list price by stage payments of 30%, 30%, 35% and then 5% after receiving your keys.

Apart from a small reservation deposit, all payments are made directly to our solicitors The International Law Partnership LLP (formerly John Howell & Co. London), probably one of the most respected and experienced UK solicitors dealing exclusively in overseas property for the past 20 years. Funds will be held secure in our solicitors Escrow account and will only be released to Midas PLC after you have recevied 100% security for all funds in the case of upfront payments, or in the case of stage payments on completion of building work relevant to each stage payment.

When you order a Villa or Apartment from Midas PLC we keep you informed of progress at all stages of the build. Simply enter your advised plot number into the "Build Progress" system on our website and you will be able to view pictures of the latest build progress. These pictures are updated every 2-4 weeks. The 'Build Progress' facility is found in the 'Useful Info' menu under 'General Information' or Click Here, if you look at the dates under each photo you will notice how quickly we are able to build.

Currently you can fly direct to Izmir from Gatwick with British Airways, all year round, and from Heathrow with Cypress Turkish Airlines and from Manchester, Stansted or Newcastle in the summer months by charter. The costs are around £160 in the winter and £180 in the summer. From most UK regional airports there are flights every day to Izmir changing at Frankfurt. Costs are between £200 and £220.
