Of course we will build to the highest standards as you would expect from a Midas development. Below are some pictures illustrating the quality of our Sunset development in Bodrum. You are invited to visit Sunset and see the quality for yourself. This is the same standard to which we will build your Villa or Apartment to at Peninsula Village but at Peninsula Village we will build in a more Spanish style. Some properties will have vaulted ceilings and all will have large Sun roof terraces. Despite the fact that you are paying a low price does not mean that you will not still receive our very high standard of build, you will.

Both Wendy and myself are delighted with the quality of the build of the Villa we have purchased at the Sunset Development . Also the way Midas has looked after us during the past few months. I would also like to thank you for all your effort in keeping me informed of various issues during the last few months. Without your help things may not have been so easy for us.
When Wendy and myself visited the development in October we were more than pleased with our Villa. As you know it was the first time for Wendy to see the development therefore I was a little nervous. But I had nothing to worry about as everything was perfect she loved it.

Firstly, I would like to thank you and the rest of the team for making us feel so welcome on Sunday. The whole event went really well. The site is looking great.
Regarding the Villa, can we discuss this further. I have been searching for the right investment for 2 years now, and as an agent, buying my own property is very difficult as I am spoilt for choice. However, this is the first property that I have ever decided upon. I am keen to purchase this villa.
The Peninsula Village site offers the best of all worlds, as you have seen from the various pictures shown previously. The site slopes gently upwards, ensuring all Apartments and Villas have unobstructed sea views.
There is a very nice bay with natural beach. This will be upgraded to a white sand beach for sunbathing and for the children to play in. The bay provides safe shallow sea water areas for those young and old wanting to paddle or relax in shallow waters.
There will be both swimming and boating pontoons. The swimming pontoons are very popular and allow you to walk in and out of the sea by means of a staircase into the sea.
This whole area around the bay has recently been zoned for development. The government has recently committed considerable money to improving the roads and infrastructure in this area, including building a new International Airport at Izmir. Without doubt it is destined to become one of the areas that will rapidly expand over the next few years. In 5 years time the whole area will have been transformed and if Bodrum is anything to go by property prices will probably have doubled or trebled. Now is undoubtedly the time to buy.
However for now there are the immediate benefits of low levels of traffic, and really low prices in restaurants. In the local village of Mordogan just 10 minutes from Peninsula Village there are many restaurants offering really nice food, for just £4 per head. You can enjoy freshly caught fish at one of the waterside restaurants as shown in the pictures below. As Mordogan is a true working fishing village you can be sure the fish is fresh the day you eat it. Currently locals out number tourists, this will continue, but in a few years time when tourists start to out number locals then the restaurants will inevitably start increasing their prices. The upside to this is that your property will have dramatically increased in value.
Mordogan has some very nice waters edge restaurants, beaches and secluded coves as can be seen below. It also has a large supermarket and many useful shops.
Cesme is just 35 minutes drive from Peninsula Village and you will find everything you will ever need there. Cesme is a world famous resort as can been seen from the pictures below and offers everything you would expect in such a resort. It boasts many high quality restaurants and bars, numerous shops, supermarkets and shopping arcades, and lots of nightlife for the young or young at heart.
The areas of Cesme and now Mordogan have long been popular with a very broad European clientele and this is very positive for rental demand and property prices in the future, your onward sale and rental market is not limited to just the English and Irish markets as is the case in certain more established areas of Turkey such as Bodrum or Altinkum.
As mentioned previously the Turkish government has recently invested considerable sums of money in roads and infrastructure in and around the areas of Izmir, Cesme and Mordogan. The road (well a motorway actually) from the NEW International Airport is brand new and very smooth and fast, probably one of the best roads in Turkey. The new International Airport has been developed to meet increasing flights from the UK, Ireland and other European countries who are eager to fly more regularly into Izmir.
