Maintenance Charges - Peninsula Village

We provide a 2 year fixed price general maintenance contract which covers all upkeep of all communal areas and leisure facilities. In total 56 staff will ensure the Village runs smoothly and is maintained to the highest standards, providing 24 hr security for your complete peace of mind, at reception you can hop on one of our fleet of air conditioned 16 and 30 seater FREE shuttle buses to take you to all the local popular destinations.

Included in the below charges are the following:-

  • All year maintenance and cleaning of communal swimming pools.
  • All year maintenance of all communal gardens.
  • All year provision of FREE Air Conditioned Shuttle Bus Service.
  • All year maintenance and replacement where necessary of all leisure facilities and equipment.
  • Pool Side Attendants (summer season only).
  • Communal satellite dish.
  • 24hr manned security.
  • The site shall be a ''gated development'' and all vehicle access will be via a gated entrance.
  • Our fixed price maintenance charges are shown below, and are based on specific services as listed above and calculated on bed spaces per property.
