Welcome Pack

Many of our owners find this a very useful service, whether for your own convenience on first arriving at your villa or for the benefit of your guests using the villa for their first time, and not yet knowing where to go to get the daily shopping, it is also ideal when you arrive late and would kill for a nice cup of tea after a tiring flight.

On arrival set list of items will be in the fridge waiting to be unpacked, you pay only the supermarket cost of the items ( the bill will be in the bag) plus €10 service charge, we offer this as a service to our owners not with any intentions to make a profit.

Welcome Pack: Bread, Milk, Sugar, Tea, Coffee Instant and Fresh Ground, Butter, Mix of small tubs of Jam's, Fresh Fruit, Fresh Tomatoes, 9ltr Water, Cold Meats, Cheese, 6 x Eggs, Orange Juice, Crisps, Dish Washer Tablets, Kitchen Roll, Toilet Rolls, approximate cost € 40, plus € 10 service charge

Furniture Pack

We have our own showrooms in Bodrum, Turkey, where you can select furniture to suit your needs at your leisure, we will also shortly have several show houses fully furnished to our interior designer's selection to further help you in furnishing your dream villa. However it may help you when budgeting to have a general understanding of the cost of furnishing an average 3/4 bed Villa, prices vary tremendously subject to your requirements, and below we cost our standard furniture pack which would comprise of the following:

Standard Furniture Pack: for 3 bed villa, 2xD/Bed with wood H/Board, 2x S/Beds with metal H/B's, 2x 3 door wardrobe, 1x 2 door wardrobe, 2x 3 drawer chest each with dressing mirror, Dining Table + 6 chairs, Sofa set (3 seater+2+1+1), 3x Coffee table This package would cost approx € 5,500, inc VAT, an extra bedroom suite would add another €1200 approx'

Appliance Pack

We have priced this appliance pack based on the very reliable leading Turkish brands, it is a common mistake for overseas purchasers to insist on brands they are familiar with in thier home country, you are recommended to buy Turkish brands because you will be able to receive quick and efficient after sales service, whereas with foreign brands you could find yourself with costly repairs and inconvenient delays if they go wrong. This said, we are happy to submit a revised price to include any brands you wish.

Marble Floors

All Villas & Apartments include marble staircases. Floors are of high quality ceramic tiles or laminate flooring. If you would like marble floors throughout we would be pleased to provide a quotation, average extra cost is around £14 per sq/m.

Landscaping

Lush green lawns are included in the price of all villas, but if you require additional landscaping we will be pleased to undertake this for you subject to quotation.

Pool Maintenance

We make sure your pool water is crystal clear and hygienically safe all year round, and costs £40 per month inc VAT.

Payment is required in advance for the relevant season, Summer (April - Sept.), Winter (Oct. - March).

Garden Maintenance

Our team of skilled gardeners would be pleased to look after your garden for you, costs vary subject to garden design, but by way of example a simple garden on a 500m/sq plot laid mainly to lawn would cost £40 per month inc VAT to keep it trim and tidy.

Payment is required in advance for the relevant season, Summer (April - Sept.), Winter (Oct. - March).

Maid Service

For your complete enjoyment we are pleased to provide you with a professional maid service, who will clean the villa, change and launder all the bed linen on a weekly basis, an average villa will cost £20 per week inc. VAT.

Payment is required on receipt of monthly invoice, for service as requested.
