Midas Property Owners Charter

  • Midas shall adhere to the highest standards of professional integrity and shall refrain from any action that will bring disrepute to our company.
  • Midas Directors, staff and sub-contractors shall conduct themselves with courtesy and consideration towards our owners and their representatives at all times.
  • Midas shall accept responsibility for all authorised actions of our staff.
  • Midas shall not discriminate nor deny services to any person by virtue of race, creed, sex, marital status, disability or country of national origin.
  • Midas shall maintain the confidentiality of owner information and undertakes not to release such information without the owners permission.
  • Midas shall respond to owner communications promptly.
  • Midas shall offer property owners a range of pre-occupation options such as Furniture Packs, Appliance Packs, Soft Furnishings Packs etc.

Site Management Standards

  • Midas undertakes to repair faults that are covered under guarantee in a timely manner.
  • Midas shall produce a Site Management Agreement for each development.This shall include details on the collection of site management fees including penalties for late or non-payment, holding of site monies, allocation of site budget, employee numbers and their roles, and the presentation and content of annual accounts.
  • Midas Head Office in the UK shall be responsible for the collection of all finance matters relating to each of our developments.
  • Midas staff on-site shall be identified by an individual photographic ID card and shall wear an appropriate MIPD uniform.
  • Midas shall ensure that the local development management team upholds our strict security policy relating to the holding of clients' keys and the record keeping of sensitive property information e.g alarm codes.
  • Midas encourages owners, through the use of a local site management committee, to offer improvement suggestions for our developments. We shall endeavour to include as many as possible provided they do not conflict with the design, ambience or ethos of the development, that they are achievable within the budget constraints, and that they would not adversely affect, nor reduce the enjoyment of, other property owners.
  • Midas shall comply with all applicable local laws.
  • Midas shall offer a range of additional services to owners for an agreed fee. Typical services include property cleaning, gardening, pool cleaning, settlement of owners bills (utilities, local rates etc), insurances. Full details of these services can be found in the Owner Services Handbook.
  • Midas shall also offer a Rental Management option on our developments. We shall use a combination of tour operator, travel agent and direct marketing agreements to maximise revenue for our owners. Full details of this service can be found in the Owner Services Handbook.
